How I Work
Fibromyalgia is complex. That is exactly why I do not work with one-size-fits-all solutions, but with structure, prioritisation, and careful adaptation to your personal situation.
As a Certified Fibromyalgia Advisor® and Certified Fibromyalgia Coach®, I support you with professional clarity, personal experience, and deep understanding of the reality of living with fibromyalgia. Because I am affected myself, I know many of these challenges not only in theory, but in real life.
My coaching is not about overwhelming you with information or giving you rigid instructions. Together, we look at what is especially difficult for you at the moment, what may be making your symptoms worse, and which next steps are both meaningful and realistic in everyday life.
Many people with fibromyalgia find that they either receive very general advice or have to work their way through endless information on their own. What matters to me is that you find orientation, clarity, and support that truly fit you

Session format
Sessions usually take place via Zoom. For many people with fibromyalgia, this is the most comfortable and energy-saving option, because it removes travel, time pressure, and extra sensory input. If an in-person session would suit you better, that is also possible by arrangement. What matters to me is that the form of coaching fits your daily life and your energy levels.
