Based on my own positive experiences with the infrared sauna for fibromyalgia, I want to offer other fibromyalgia and pain patients the opportunity to benefit from this soothing treatment. That’s why I’m renting out our family sauna at an affordable price.

Why Infrared for Fibromyalgia?
Professor K. L. Schmidt from the Rheumatology Clinic in Bad Nauheim at the University of Giessen conducted a pilot study showing significant improvement in patients suffering from the particularly painful rheumatic condition of muscles and tendons, fibromyalgia. The patients experienced a marked reduction in pain. 🧘‍♀️✨ The gentle increase in temperature was applied with nine sessions over three weeks.

Packages can be shared with friends and/or family. Subscriptions are valid for 1 year and after one year the open sessions are refunded at the higher subscription price (e.g. 5 open sessions from the 10 single subscription result in 5 * CHF 17.00 = CHF 85.00). For the 20 subscriptions, the refund is CHF 13.00 / CHF 21.00 / CHF 26.00 for each open 40-minute sauna session or CHF 9.00 / CHF 15.00 / CHF 18.00 for each open 20-minute sauna session.
