Books/Podcast

After my 30-year journey with fibromyalgia, I only received my official diagnosis in spring 2024. So, I had a lot of catching up to do! 💜💫 I listened to countless podcasts, did extensive research online, and read many books.

A real milestone was the Fibromyalgia Podcast by Tami Stackelhouse 🎧💜. It gave me so much hope and accompanied me daily for months. Her books are also amazing – easy to understand and filled with practical tips. Unfortunately, they are only available in English so far, but they can be downloaded for free on her website. 📚✨

Another significant book was The Fibromyalgia Handbook by Dr. Ginevra Liptan – the first book I read. It’s also available in German! 📖💜 Dr. Robin Pfaff's book Living Your Best Life – A Compassionate Approach to Reclaim Your Health and Reimagine Your Purpose also inspired me deeply.

In addition to these books, I’ve read many others, including novels by fibromyalgia patients. 📖💕 I will continue to update this list with new recommendations.

Enjoy exploring and sending you lots of hope! 💜🌟💪
