Who my coaching is for
You are in the right place if you live with fibromyalgia — or suspect that fibromyalgia may be part of the picture — and you are looking for coaching that is clear, human, and practical for everyday life.
Perhaps you have already tried many things and still feel that you are missing a clear thread. Or perhaps you are new to the topic and do not want to piece everything together on your own, but would rather understand from the beginning what matters, what connects, and what your next sensible steps could be.
Many people I work with are used to functioning for a long time, carrying a lot of responsibility, and taking themselves seriously only very late. They think ahead, look for solutions, and often push through an astonishing amount — until they realise that this very pattern is costing them even more energy.
My coaching is especially right for you if you do not want to be brushed off with generic advice, but want to be taken seriously. If you are looking for someone who is both empathetic and clear. Someone who will neither pity nor lecture you, but will look with you, sort things out with you, and help you develop realistic next steps.
I work with women, men, and non-binary people. What matters to me is not how you identify, but whether you feel at home in the way I work and whether you can feel safe and understood in this coaching space.
My coaching may be a good fit if …
- you struggle with pain, exhaustion, sleep problems, fibro fog, or sensory overload
- you have already tried a lot, but still have not found a clear thread for everyday life
- you are looking for clarity rather than more conflicting advice
- you are open to trying things step by step and reorganising your daily life
- you are newly diagnosed or just beginning to explore fibromyalgia and want guidance
- you are still managing daily life, but only with a great deal of inner effort
- you do not need empty motivational slogans, but realistic and sustainable coaching
- you want flexible coaching that also works well online
When my coaching may not be the right fit
My coaching is not the right fit if you are expecting a quick miracle solution or someone who promises that everything will disappear in a short time. That would not be serious. If you are exclusively looking for a medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or acute psychotherapeutic care, I am not the right person for that. Coaching can be very helpful, but it does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.
It is important to me that our work together is based on openness, honesty, and realistic expectations.
